It’Sugar

It’Sugar

Founded in 2006 by Jeff Rubin, IT’Sugar is a modern day playground dedicated to immersing its customers in content that they just can’t keep to themselves. IT’SUGAR was created to satisfy a universal sweet tooth and provide a variety of bold merchandise with tongue-and-cheek attitude.

As the place where candy-obsessed come to indulge in the sights, smells and tastes of their favorite sweets and get immersed in the brand’s irreverent voice and fun-loving nature, IT’SUGAR is a different kind of specialty store. Dedicated to bringing out the child in every adult, the brand mixes unique product and merchandise with mega-sized humor and attitude.

Resting after the walk

Resting after the walk

street_photo_cmllWalking is simple, free and one of the easiest ways to get more active, lose weight and become healthier.

It’s underrated as a form of exercise but walking is ideal for people of all ages and fitness levels who want to be more active.

Regular walking has been shown to reduce the risk of chronic illnesses, such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes, asthma, stroke and some cancers.

Resting after walk is mandatory. Getting enough rest after exercise is essential. Do it, and as our woman in the photo, you can take off your shoes and stretch your feet and toes… you’ll feel better.

Locksmith

Locksmith

Again another contribution to Norm’s Thursday doors.

I found this door in a walking night across the neighborhood of Shoreditch, London. The graffiti street art mural is for Locksmith, a Safe shop in Bethnall Green Road, Shoreditch. On the other side of Bethnall Green Road from Boxpark, just past the corner with Ebor Street.

The beautiful graffiti does not lack originality.

Let's go!

Let’s go!

This photo was taken in front of the Louis Vuitton store on 5th Avenue in New York City.

Taking advantage of the post title, I leave you a beautiful dance song also titled “Let’s go”,

Let’s Go” is a song by Scottish DJ Calvin Harris, featuring vocals from American recording artist Ne-Yo. The track was released in the United Kingdom on 22 April 2012 as the third single from Harris’s third studio album 18 Months (2012). On 29 April 2012, precisely a week after its release, “Let’s Go” debuted at number two on the UK Singles Chart for the week ending dated 5 May 2012— marking Harris’ third consecutive number two hit.

As of July 2012, the song has sold 376,000 downloads in the United States. It also appeared on the deluxe version of Ne-Yo‘s fifth studio album, R.E.D. The song received a nomination for Best Dance Recording at the 55th Grammy Awards held in February 2013.

The song was used for a Pepsi and Pepsi Max advert that features Lionel Messi, Didier Drogba, Fernando Torres, Wojciech Szczęsny, Frank Lampard, Sergio Agüero and Jack Wilshere.

I am called good man

I am called good man

street_photo_cmllI found this cute puppy in the streets of Brussels. Its owner was not there and he took care of their belongings and waited some charity while protecting from the sun with fashion sunglasses…a funny and quiet dog.

Half an hour later, the dog was in the same position, alone.
He moved only to groan slightly when someone gave him a few coins.

Dog is man’s best friend or not? Anyone doubts?

street_photo_cmllLast mondays, I’ve posted some photos under the topic “Walking down the street”. After long meditation, I’ve decided to change the topic to a more general one “Street Photo“.
Street photography is as old as the photography itself.
“Street photography is photography that features the human condition within public places. Street photo does not necessitate the presence of a street or even the urban environment. Though people usually feature directly, street photography might be absent of people and can be an object or environment where the image projects a decidedly human character in facsimile or aesthetic.” Wikipedia
One important feature is that the photography must not to be prepared, the photo should be spontaneous. (This alone could lead to a broad discussion…).

Next weeks we will talk more about this interesting topic.

Behind the Window

Behind the Window

street_photo_cmllBehind the Window

I look out the window to see anyone…
hoping to see someone,
but there are only two women,
two women who do not pay attention to me.
They ignore me…
Nobody is going to pay attention,
nobody but myself.
I shot the photo and leave.

street_photo_cmllMondays: Walking down the street

As every Monday, we return to the theme of “walking down the street”.
This week with the title of “Shopping time”, I upload this picture of people shopping in Madrid.

People appear somewhat blurred, probably due to the rush to buy.
