Machinery (4)
Like almost every Friday, we return to the machinery.
Again revisiting a subject of which I spoke, the Sewing Machine.
I have nothing to do with sewing machines, as some have suggested, but I was lucky to visit a museum about the history of the textile industry in the last century and I could take some pictures 🙂
gorgeous rich colors and textures, plus the repetition of cylindrical shapes in contrast to the squareness of the table surface … really warm and gorgeous image. 🙂

Great image Cosme! I almost thought this was going to be a ‘Roy G Biv’ post as nearly all the colours are there!

Jane thank you very much!
I had several possibilities for the challenge, but I always lacked some color. In the end I gave up. 😦
And after seeing your great pictures I did not dare to participate …

Ha Ha! It’s true without a set of paints or a real rainbow it’s quite hard to find them all!

Hello my friend
I love the sewing machine. I have one passed down from great great grandmother. I’m very interested in machinery, I’m a total geek watching the show “How it’s Made”. What I find fascinating about old machinery is decorating opportunities.
Enough for me

I was raised by my grandparents so I saw the old things in use. The Depression mentality, don’t throw anything away and don’t replace unless broken.
The photo was a nice reminder of growing up.
